The founder of Continentia Capital has been actively involved in real estate and public-private partnerships since 1992 when he was responsible for urban design and planning for the Subic Bay Freeport.

As a partner at The Cogsville Group, he was responsible for investing $125M of private and public capital in a $3B portfolio of distressed federal assets. This managing member interest required asset management for over 4,000 commercial loans and REO properties from the FDIC and FNMA. He was also responsible for structuring the winning bid for Starrett City, the nation's largest subsidized housing development.

At the Subic Bay Freeport, he was responsible for the ten-year Corporate Plan to guide $110M of World Bank and Asian Development Bank investment, organized the international urban design competition for the waterfront and supervised production of the urban design guidelines, development standards and implemented a new development approval process.

At Thomas Gath Pittas Partnership, he developed land use plans for Warner Hollywood Studios, municipal general plan amendments and organized architectural competitions for the Texas Rangers and West Hollywood City Hall.

He is a cum laude graduate of Princeton University with a Masters in Urban Planning from UCLA and recipient of the 2003 AICP National Student Project Award. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Greenpoint Manufacturing and Design Center and the 7 West 43rd Street Foundation.
